3 Quick Steps to Extending Books
STEP 1 - Open the Extension Plan
From the , select Extension plan:
STEP 2 - Select Extend All
Select Extend all owners displayed 
from the top right of the screen.
STEP 3 - Confirm
Read the confirmation message and select Confirm.
The books extend.
